Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your student dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Verification and Approval

  Our student services team will review your request to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria, such as minimal access to digital content or pristine condition of physical books.

• 3.
  Return Physical Materials

  If returning textbooks or printed notes, securely package the items and ship them back to our distribution center using the provided RMA label.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received or your digital access is deactivated, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
